Shipping and Delivery – Availability and Destinations

NIGHTMARKET ships to destinations made available during checkout. Available services and eligible addresses depend on the destination, product, carrier, and fulfillment partner. If a shipping destination or address type cannot be serviced, an available shipping method may not appear at checkout or we may contact you to resolve the issue before shipment.

Our products may be processed, manufactured, or shipped by third-party fulfillment partners located in the United States or abroad. Items from the same order may be sent separately, from different locations, and arrive at different times.

Processing and Delivery Times

Standard orders generally require approximately 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Products produced on demand, made to order, or otherwise identified as requiring additional production may have longer lead times, as disclosed on the relevant product page or at checkout.

For standard orders, our currently published general delivery estimate is approximately 1–5 weeks after processing, depending on the item, destination, shipping origin, and carrier. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Product-specific shipping representations or dates communicated at checkout or in your order confirmation take precedence over this general estimate.

Business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays. We provide tracking information when available after your parcel is shipped.

Preorders

Preorder products have longer lead times. Our existing general preorder estimate is approximately 5–10 weeks, unless a different timetable is disclosed for the product. We will communicate material changes. Preorders remain subject to legally required shipping-delay notices, cancellation options, and refunds. A preorder designation does not waive those rights.

Shipping Costs, Taxes, and Duties

Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed at checkout before payment. Any promotional shipping offer is subject to its stated terms. For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges may apply. Unless expressly identified as prepaid or included at checkout, these charges may be collected by local authorities or the carrier and are the customer's responsibility. We aim to make these potential charges clear before purchase.

Address Changes and Delivery Issues

Please verify your address before placing your order. You may request an address or order change within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@nightmarket.la. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes are not guaranteed after processing begins.

If a package is delayed, lost, misdelivered, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be found, contact our team with your order number and tracking details. We may investigate with our fulfillment or carrier partners. Tracking status alone does not automatically settle a credible non-delivery claim. We will provide any refund, replacement, or other remedy required by applicable law or for a failure attributable to NIGHTMARKET. Where a customer-provided address causes a failed delivery, additional reshipping costs may apply to the extent permitted by law.

If we cannot ship by an applicable promised shipment date, we will offer the delay-consent or cancellation-and-prompt-refund options required by law. Where no shipment timeframe is stated, applicable U.S. law generally requires a reasonable basis to ship within 30 days.

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & EXCHANGES

General Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer discretionary returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or color selections, personal fit preferences, accidental orders, or other buyer's-remorse reasons. This applies to standard merchandise, discounts, promotions, and preorders unless a different return offer is expressly stated or applicable law requires otherwise.

Please carefully review sizing, product descriptions, quantity, color, and shipping details before ordering. Our final-sale policy does not eliminate legal rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect, missing, materially misrepresented, or undelivered merchandise or statutory cancellation and withdrawal rights.

Damaged, Incorrect, Defective, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from the product ordered, email support@nightmarket.la, preferably within 14 days of delivery, with your order number, a description, and photographs when useful. This suggested reporting period helps us investigate; it does not cut off any longer rights available under law. We may request reasonable additional evidence.

Approved claims may be resolved by sending the correct item, providing a replacement, refunding the affected item, or another remedy appropriate under the circumstances and applicable law. If a physical return is needed due to our or our fulfillment partner's error, NIGHTMARKET will provide the instructions and cover reasonable required return-shipping costs.

Exchanges and Replacements

We do not provide size or style exchanges for preference changes. Where a replacement is appropriate for a defective, incorrect, damaged, or missing product, we will confirm availability and next steps. If the exact replacement is unavailable, a legally appropriate refund or other agreed remedy will be offered.

Order Cancellations

Requests to cancel or change an order may be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Voluntary requests cannot be guaranteed once production or fulfillment has started. Regardless, customers retain rights to cancel or receive a refund when required by shipping-delay rules or other applicable laws.

Return Instructions and Costs

Do not mail items to our business correspondence address. Since our products may ship from multiple fulfillment facilities, the authorized return destination varies by item. If a return is approved or required by law, our customer service team will provide the applicable return address, any required authorization, and shipping instructions. Unapproved returns may be difficult to identify or process. Any return-shipping charges imposed on the customer will be disclosed and must be lawful.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, we aim to initiate it to the original payment method within 7 business days, or sooner when required by law. Once initiated, your bank or payment provider may require additional time, often 5–10 business days, to post the credit. Any legally required refund will include applicable shipping, handling, tax, or other charges. We will not substitute store credit when a monetary refund is required by law.

International Consumer Rights

Mandatory consumer rights in the destination country prevail over this general final-sale policy. For qualifying sales to consumers in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, statutory withdrawal rights may include a 14-day period after delivery, subject to lawful exclusions and local requirements. Unless otherwise indicated, the NIGHTMARKET name and original branding, artwork, graphics, photographs, text, designs, and other original content on this website are owned by or licensed to NIGHTMARKET and may be protected by trademark, copyright, and other applicable laws. We do not represent that every mark or design has been registered.

Use or reproduction of protected NIGHTMARKET material without authorization is prohibited except as otherwise permitted by law. References to third-party names, marks, or products remain the property of their respective owners and do not imply endorsement or affiliation. For intellectual-property inquiries or suspected infringement, please contact support@nightmarket.la.

Product Information

We strive to accurately describe our products, including materials, fit, dimensions, color, and wash. Variations in lighting, displays, and manufacturing may occur. Such variations do not excuse products that are materially different from their descriptions or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal standards.

Order and Website Terms

We may decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailable inventory, subject to applicable law and appropriate refunds. California's Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, commonly known as Proposition 65, requires certain businesses to provide warnings before exposing individuals to listed chemicals above applicable legal thresholds.

Whether a particular NIGHTMARKET product requires a warning depends on the product, its components, the potential exposure, and the applicable legal requirements. When a product requires a Proposition 65 warning, the applicable, product-specific notice should be provided before purchase and, where required, on or with the product.
