Shipping policy

  • PROCESSING TIMES
    • Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Orders may take longer than 3 days to be shipped out.
  • SHIPPING TIMES
    • Please allow 1-5 weeks for your order to be delivered. You can track your order on our website or through the carrier's official website. 
  • PREORDER TIMES
    • Preorders can take 5-10 weeks but may be delayed. During this period, you may not edit, cancel, or refund your order. If it has been more than 10 weeks, you can contact us to arrange a refund or cancelation. 
  • EDITING ORDERS OR ADDRESSES
    • You can request an order edit within 24 hours of placing it, presuming that it has not already been processed, packaged, or shipped. It is up to our discretion whether or not we allow an order or address edit. Changing a size, item, address, canceling, etc., all classify as an order edit. 
  • CUSTOMS
    • If an order requires any processing, fees, contact, or duties, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay. We have no way to calculate these beforehand, so your fee will be charged upon arrival at customs.
  • FAILED DELIVERIES/INCORRECT ADDRESSES
    • For any failed deliveries, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the shipping carrier. Once we have shipped out a package, we no longer have jurisdiction over it and do not claim any liability. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the location of their shipping address is available and ready for the courier to deliver. After attempted deliveries, the package may be returned to sender or destroyed at the customer's expense. It is also the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address on file is correct.
  • RETURNED TO SENDER
    • If your package is returned to sender, we cannot accept responsibility. It may be destroyed or returned at your expense.
  • LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
    • We do not claim liability for any package that is lost or stolen. Once we have shipped out your order, we have no jurisdiction over the contents.
  • MARKED AS DELIVERED, BUT NOT RECEIVED
    • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier to open an inquiry or investigation.
